Match the message to the mailbox. The rest has another number.

A wrong sentence: Send the URL, the date printed on the page, the sentence, and the public page you are comparing it with, to [email protected]. “The Hemus gap has closed” is useful only with a source that shows open pavement, not a wish and not a mapping-app colour.
Your own data: Privacy requests go to [email protected]. Say what you want done. This site does not hold vignette records, toll accounts, or plate photographs. We cannot delete a record that sits with an operator.
A broken page: [email protected] is for the website: a missing style, a contrast failure, a control that cannot be reached from the keyboard. Name the page and the browser if you can. That mailbox does not dispatch a mechanic.
Emergency, charge, border: On the road, emergency help is 112. A vignette, a toll account, a route pass, or a compensatory charge belongs to the operator, not to +359 879 201 010. A queue at Kalotina or Kapitan Andreevo is a border question. We can describe, in the guides, how those places sit on the network. We cannot move you through them.
